1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the site.

2. Free Trial

Each account is entitled to a one-time free trial of the Logier desktop application, lasting 7 days from the moment the trial is activated in the app. The trial does not start automatically upon account creation. After the trial period ends, continued use of the application requires the purchase of a valid license.

The free trial is limited to one trial per person and per legal entity. Creating multiple accounts, using different email addresses, or otherwise circumventing this limitation in order to obtain additional trial periods is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this restriction and to deny further trial access.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Logier.dev and is protected by copyright laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

Logier.dev will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this site.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
